We used a "secret shopper" method to explore access to psychiatric care in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷. By calling psychiatrists we were able to capture dynamics in access to services. Findings suggest that patients need to navigate many hurdles and wait times to secure an appointment. #mentalhealth #PuertoRico

Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo has been the first place I have heard and seen Cotorras in the wild. It has been such a beautiful thing to see them fly around between 10 am to 1 pm. Cotorras are nearly extinct in Puerto Rico, so this really brought some emotions! 🦜
