Pomni is larger and stands on the outside of the scene, looking away from it, as if she is broken away from the events and is trying to get out. She may even be breaking the fourth wall, looking at us.

Gangle is walking on the underside of the stairs where Jax cant see (even though he has red reflecting in his eyes). I think this may be a nod to Escher and she just gets lost, forever wandering.

Ragatha is standing in front of a door with arms ready to rip her apart.

Kinger has those butterflies which is a sign he's either hallucinating or at the end of his lifespan. OR possibly he's following the souls of the already departed.

Zooble is heading towards a keyhole leading to that infamous blue sky with clouds, reminiscent of death. Like with Caine on the steps and Sora finding his clones. It's the afterlife.

In the poster, Jax's face is behind every character if you zoom in except Pomni. My theory is he's going to abstract and possibly take them out or lead them to their "deaths". Pomni will be the last one to finally get out.
