I want the fetish community to do better, to actually break away from this stigma that they're morally bankrupt artists that have no backbone whatsoever... but I guess that'll never happen, not in a million years.
A whole legion of Epstein diciples are allowed to run amok, and their "fans" are enablers... more depressingly, not wanting to stoop down to their level (drawing fictional ADULTS inflated) is treated as this Herculean task when it's the bare fucking minimum.
...but for some inexplicable reason, their coomer-brained dickrider legion immediately rushes to their defense to cover up all their shit because "but art good, tho", allowing them to continuously get away with doing shit.
It's incredibly frustrating that this is what the community is like daily.
I'm genuinely sorry if all my posts on this account are boiled down to "wahh, I hate it when fetish artists draw kids!", but truthfully... I hold absolutely no respect for most of the community.

When you're a site with the word DEVIANT in it, you really shouldn't try catering to professionalism, especially when you have AI generated dogshit, MS-Paint circle tool art of canon minors and fill-in memes piling the website like it's Mickeyjunk Mountain.
DeviantArt holds an effective monopoly on art-sharing sites, think of it like Twitter and Adobe products in this regard.
No matter how shit it gets, it's always gonna be the only option because everything else is either not viable or is a temporary solution instead of a permanent exit plan.
Meanwhile, kinky smut of Loud House's primarily underage cast gets to stay on the site with little contestion from DA's moderation and staff.
A lot of people despise the site for this shit, including artists that have nowhere left to go because there's no other alternative... speaking of...
Lemme use an example:
It's been a common running joke amongst fetish artists that DA has something against Shantae, like drawing her with a big belly will result in a tactical nuke being summoned.
They're very selective with who breaks this rule and when they break it, too.
Okay, so... obviously, with a site named "Deviant"Art, there's bound to be degeneracy on the site. It's unavoidable... but like, what irks me the most is that there's rules in place to keep it safe and not only do a lot of people break them, the moderation does jack shit about it... SELECTIVELY.
Most people hate DeviantArt because of the fetish stuff.
I hate DeviantArt because they try to come off as a professional art-hosting site, even though they allow so much smut and make the website near unusable sludge.
