My interest in current day spaceflight plummeted for the last year or so, but Artemis II reignited that in a very emotional way.
This says it all. There was always so much blind worshipping of SpaceX and ignoring other companies as well as NASA. I gave up for a while.

for the last ten years we've experience such cruel and tacky chaos, it is so amazing and refreshing to see the care NASA is taking with the Integrity crew. There's so much kindness. Everything is so thorough. The presentations on the livestream are simple and educational. Ive missed decency.
On a day the crew of Artemis II broke the record set by Apollo 13 for farthest distance from Earth ever flown by humans, they made a request to name two newly identified craters: one to honor their Orion spacecraft named Integrity, and one in the memory of commander Reid Wiseman’s late wife Carroll.
Gotta say the amount of women communicating with Artemis from Mission Control, and/or talking about the mission and the science, with so much moon joy, has been incredible to see.

Artemis II is the best of us at a time when we're experiencing far too much of the worst of us.
