right, so what I'm asking is to add those new posts on top of the currently displayed, so that I could scroll up

It's not API issue tho, is it? It's more about how you update the feed. Twitter API didn't have it either, yet TweetDeck and other clients supported this feature.

@deck.blue Is there a way to fix the feed position at the last seen post? I’d like to scroll new posts up from there, instead of down and then back up.
