I could afford to exaggerate the pose more. Push the upper body out to the left sink the head down bottom right. Raise the left shoulder. Maybe even push the right leg out. Rough exploratory sketch.

And just like that, the mane is gone! Still a lion with a mane in my heart but honestly feeling so much less.... tired??? Not holding onto the past, letting go, putting plans in action to grow~
