Kibum's meringue persimmon creme brulee 🍊🧁

1. Mix persimmon with mascarpone in a 3:1 ratio

2. Make meringue & add 1/5 of it to the first mixture

3. Put in a bowl & add meringue on top

4. Chill/freeze for 2~30 mins

5. Finish by torching the meringue

it was my first concert ever TT they're SO CHARISMATIC on stage and they made it look so fun
