Hey all, it’s publishing day for my book “How to Sell a Genocide,” which is a data-driven account of centrist and liberal media’s role in creating the conditions of mass death in Gaza. 100% of royalties go to @mecaforpeace.bsky.social.

‘The scale of the earthworks was so great that Israel’s two hundred bulldozers were not nearly enough – many were damaged by the Palestinian resistance – and Israel urgently needed two hundred more.’

First night of @counterflows.bsky.social yesterday. Amazing, no other festival like it. Interesting how the state of Glasgow historic buildings fed into this show by noise/performance artists Hexakaidecagon
"Glasgow's burning problem is a symptom of a greater failure", architect Matt Loader in @dezeen.com

I’ve known Lebanon for three decades. What’s happening now is an invasion.
This is Gaza 2.0 – and the world is barely paying attention.

Loved visiting Belfast with @archhfund.org.uk last month so great to see this review of their 50th Anniversary exhibition in @news.architectsjournal.co.uk. Have a read below and look forward to the show coming to Glasgow later in Spring.
Some photos from the Save 103 Trongate protest in Glasgow today, and the massive banner outside the gallery right now
Was asked by @news.architectsjournal.co.uk to review the book Architecture is Climate for their latest issue have a read here www.architectsjournal.co.uk/practice/cul...
Bias as a former guest but Thinking Through Infrastructure Network is one the best urbanism podcasts out there
Beautiful words Aaris 👏
Someone has compiled a list of cultural spaces in Glasgow that have closed this year. It's embarrasing and really highlights how badly the city is failing arts & culture. eblknd.leaflet.pub/3mg6akzx3n22l
Would urge anyone in Glasgow to visit this today, a godawful part of the city and what Christy Mearns says here is spot on
As the threat of armed global conflict increases – and its reality makes itself felt – what can be done to protect invaluable cultural heritage? At least we now have a roadmap, writes a leading expert in the field.
Glad to be included in this mix by the talented @manjaristic.bsky.social
Really recommend Brutal Scotland photography show by @new-brutalism.bsky.social at Glasgow’s Street Level. So many iconic buildings and love the Manplan-like exhibition design
Was so much fun visiting Belfast earlier this month with @archhfund.org.uk for the opening of this exhibition. Have a look if you're in town, especially for the stunning Riddel's Warehouse. And look forward to it coming to Glasgow in the Spring
Was on BBC Radio Scotland's Out of Doors programme on Saturday talking about the album and rain & sound art. Starts around 00:53minutes >>

An embarrassing shame for Glasgow but hate this narrative that Arts Workers for Palestine Scotland contributed to this closure. Every issue since Saramago closure could have been completely avoided.

For Glasgow pals - on Saturday 21 Feb I'm hosting a launch event for the compilation album You Are Not Made of Sugar about living with rain in Glasgow.
Held in collabroation with Infrastructure Humanties Group & record label Miúin. Free tickets; book here: communalleisure.com/2026-02-21-i...
Looking forward to being in Belfast next week with the @archhfund.org.uk & @kwilsonlee.bsky.social for their 50 Year touring exhibtion opening.

I reviewed MORE AND MORE AND MORE which argues that there’s no historical precedent for an “energy transition”; instead, we see symbiotic linkages between wood, coal, oil, and now renewables. I’m convinced. But the book’s analysis of capitalism falls short @thebaffler.com Link ⬇️
Sickening show of force by Jared Kushner of "New Gaza" and "New Rafah", such an evil project to design let alone build. Even worse is seeing Israeli's sharing this so gleefully. Shame on the practices involved.
@katewagner.wehwalt.net sticking the landing as always. And yes, NEOM architects, you are culpable. You are collaborators in evil.
Loved street-level superstar a year with LAWRENCE by @willhodgkinson.bsky.social an endlessly fascinating musician & individual.
Really funny, sad in parts and can be read as a history of changing London since the 80s with it's psychogeographic walk through the city
Also made it down to the suburban Brutalist estate at Ivry-sur-Seine by Renée Gailhoustet. So well intertwined within the urban fabric of the area
Enjoyed Paris exhibition Common Areas last week. Set in a former hospital that’s also a halfway house it was a stylish look at shared spaces in a shared building. Shame Lighthouse or RIBA can’t do any off site shows like this due to their currently closures www.pavillon-arsenal.com/en/expositio...
Really pleased to be supporting the AHF with press for their 50th Anniversary. A fantastic organisation restoring of so many buildings and communities across the UK.
