The odd number works well for choreography formations & you have enough members to have a variety of skill levels in dance/singing (e.g. with smaller groups, it becomes more awkwardly obvious when a vocalist isn't as strong of a dancer), but not too many where not everyone gets time to shine.

From a fanfic perspective, I don't feel the need to edit him out of any of my existing fics (he was never more than a side character anyways), but I would never add him to a new story.

I'm also of the opinion that he isn't talented or interesting enough to spend time thinking about (and never was). The group does fine without him. I don't know what he's up to these days, and I like it that way.

I'm of the opinion that most of the allegations are likely true, which, from what I can tell, doesn't make him a criminal but does make him a creepy asshole. Plus just being a bad team player to the rest of the group, in terms of badmouthing others. It's just kind of gross imo.
