WV supports flood survivors everywhere, however Texas got the presidential disaster declaration in 72 hours, NW got theirs in 5 days. WV is on day 28 and nothing. More people died here than NM. People lost their homes, belongings and lives. WV isn't a swing state so they don't care!?
