A successful subathon that's still going. Being a streamer, being basically promoted at work, running around and doing so much. Helping as much people as I can. It's a lot for one person in just 7 days in and out. So I'll take my time with processing and decompress. It should help in the long run.

My therapist recommended that I actually spend some time in silence (or not) and actually reflect on each week because I'll admit..life is moving so fast for me. So much has happened and keeps happening. I am just not grounded but I am feeling great! I just. Its hard to stay put!
