A cat is rolled into the emergency room by 3 EMTs, obviously fairly serioisly innured. One of the EMTs says "We've got a 22 year old Feline" another says "They told a coworker they'd 'See him next year' and he hit them with his car"

The aftermath

The camera has shifted to view the rest of the room, Shepard has burst into an Operating Room. 2 Surgeons, Paul, and the Patient who has yet to go under are all ataring at him in shock, annoyance and/or confusion. Shepard asks "Did I pick a bad time?" as confetti and streamers fall to the floor

Shepard loves to spread holiday cheer but is really bad at reading the (operating) room

Monday, December 1st. Paul walks by a wall in the Cardiology ward of the hospital, on it is a garland hung in the shape of the line of a heart monitor. Paul says "Aw! That's cute, you guys got the wall all decorated!" to someone at the nurses station.

Tuesday, December 2nd. Paul walks by the same wall, the garland has been reshaped to look like a faster heartbeat as displayed on a monitor

Wednesday, December 3rd. Paul rounds the corner of the nurses station by the same wall, the garland is again reshaped, this time into a representation of an erratic and unstable heart rate.

Thursday, December 4th. The garland is now shaped into a straight flatline. Paul tells a woman at the nurses station "You cardio nurses have a twisted sense of humor"
