To live mindfully means to stay focused in the moment, place things around you that make you feel comfortable, delighted and proud that a space is your own. Hopefully you enjoy your work ( if not, that's something to think about) and maybe have an upcoming trip, visit or event to be positive about

Being mindful feels like
Pausing, noticing, taking in a scene in the present moment while letting the body realize it is safe. Morning is the time we start over realizing anything can happen.
Mindfully consider your personal evolution. The ways in which you've changed. The ways you've broken through past limitations by changing your behavior because your thinking changed. The old you now new. This bouquet was once a flamingo. If you look at the pot you can still see its legs.
Mindfully consider what pleases you without judging what others think. Don't concern yourself with thoughts that don't belong to you; and make yours pleasant! Be like a duck in a pool!
