rest of the comic. kim remarks “He told *me* it was about re-enforcing our friendship. i suspect he was being more honest with me.” jean then gets despondent and teary and doesn’t say anything for a moment before saying “he’s such an asshole.” kim pats him on the back and reassures him, “it’s okay, officer. we’ll find him.”
