cope. Grief however you grieve. Be gentle with yourself and kind. This last month has been an emotional rollercoaster. I've read 98 books from January- October. Haven't read one since. It's okay. It'll come back. Tomorrow I'm baking pancakes and putting up xmas lights.

I got up today. Waved my husband and kids goodbye. Scrolled for an hour and cried. Reorganised our bedroom. Put together IKEA furniture. Played with the kids. Went to a friend. Went to training practice with our youngest. Put up the Christmas tree and cried and scrolled some more.

Cried my eyes out several times today in the cinema. Left emotionally drained and this used to be one of my comforts.

Such an odd experience to have something that brought joy to be suddenly so bittersweet.
