Ive never used My Fitness Pal, so I can’t say about that. Lose It has a barcode scanner and that is very useful. And it has little conveniences like you can tap to add yesterday’s meal. Noom I have used. I liked it but I found it expensive versus Lose It.

Lose It lets you take a picture and inputs what it thinks your meal is and you can then alter it. It’s clunky.

Hill session went well! 10 minute warmup, 6 x 45 seconds uphill efforts followed by two minutes rest. 10 minute cooldown. I’m officially productive!

Friday is ran a four mile base run. And did a 26 minutes yoga session with Adriene and Benji at 2am. Had hip pain. Not severe just enough so that I couldn’t sleep. Took yesterday off as a precaution. Heading out shortly for hills.

I’ve been logging on Lose It, and so far it has helped. I’m trying to get back to presurgery weight. It’s funny, you stop running and keep eating whatever you want and you gain weight, who’d have thought? 😂 But, yeah, tracking is essential.
