Neither of these should mean "set up a vulnerable individual to take more hits and keep getting up, or work until they burn out." Set up structures that allow a person to tag someone else in, or have the group support to keep a hit from flattening them.
I think some people talk far too much about building resilience and capacity as individuals and not enough about building these as organizations. And we should always be clear about which of these we are referring to.
