Last night we announced the headliner for our August event. And within two hours of that, we had completely booked out our open mic slots.

The writing prompts for May were created and never posted across any of the platforms, so they will be up shortly, as will the call for open mic performers at the next Voices from the Fountain!
And just like that, we're fully booked for open mic slots!
We're just over a week away from kicking off the summer with Jess Melia performing her first headline poetry set!

In terms of submitting your work to be a part of the anthology. It'll be focusing on the importance of finding and using your voice, whether that be how it impacts you or others, or how we can help others to find their own voices, etc. Its open to interpretation really!

Annoyingly, due to signal issues (thanks O2), I couldn't post the usual updates live from the Fountain.
However, it was a great night of poetry and once again, I thoroughly enjoyed listening to some of the best local talent.

Our mic goes live in less than 24 hours and we have 5 slots left up for grabs - one to book in advance and 4 on the door!
We still have 3 pre-booked slots available for next Tuesday - get in touch if you want a chance to perform!
We're going a little rogue this March... There isn't @ headliner, we're instead having an all out open mic showcase.
