It's a perfectly cromulent changeup, but the overall numbers have backed up on StuffPro and Stuff+. Definitely because it's getting less drop out of his new armslot.

The Astros also dropped his arm angle and release point, seems like Burrows is still getting comfortable with it. But not sure he has anything for left-handed batters right now. His changeup from the old slot was the answer but now it's kinda blah. Don't know if he's able to craft a cutter?

Slightly anecdotal from watching, but backed up by the graphs (below - Savant page of his fastball yesterday, no whiffs) and numbers (2.3% SwStr% in 2026) ... Burrows has a bland as hell fastball. All the batters are attacking fastball out of the hand, and whiffing on changeups.
