The amount of revisionist history I’m seeing is getting silly.

Every time someone hits me with, “Our worst Premier League record ever,” the first thing I think is, “Our worst injury crisis EVER.”

Feels so disingenuous to highlight one while minimizing or downplaying the other.

Oh man, my constant gripe with this club. Couldn’t agree more lol

They changed people before the season. They made mistakes during this season. Ange has said they’ve improved things. I left it vague with the “fix it” bc I don’t have insight. Maybe a review is enough. Maybe they need to fire some people. I don’t want to say with little to no insight.

25/26 wishlist:

1. Keep Ange.

2. Squad: Add technical quality & experience.

3. Medical department: Fix it.

4. Training/rotation: Optimize intensity and squad utilization.

5. Philosophy: Tweak balance between idealism & pragmatism.

6. Coaching staff: Add defensive expertise.

Yup. Why I’ve been consistent in supporting our coaches even when they haven’t been my cup of tea. This is the real issue. Wish more fans avoid getting distracted and focus what needs to change for us to find consistent success in multiple comps. If we don’t we’ll keep going round in circles.
