We have a little foster from the fire. Our brood has accepted Jose the tortoise with open arms and love. We will be keeping him until the family gets situated. They also have 2 dogs and a 200 lb pig that are safe from the fires.
Family and friend are safe from the fires. Unfortunately many friends have lost their homes and businesses. It's just heartbreaking. We're going to do what we can to go and help people recover, build, volunteer and donate as much as we can.

I have become one of the people, who was previously never a fan of cats. Now I find myself with 2 grandkitties! Fred on the left just joined Ozwald. I can't tell you how much I love to visit them! Total orange cat and black cat energy in my daughter's home now. I hope she survives!XD
