I do think grown adults being afraid of the like the NYC subways is incredibly stupid. It's on google maps, they have signal down their now, the city is grid system where most of what you need to know is if you're headed up or down it.
I tried to think of why I was afraid of the subway as a child and long escalator was all I could think of so... half joking.
