Ireland has so many untold stories.

Thanks to the work of Screen Cork, Screen Waterford and Screen Kerry four of these stories will come to life on our screens over the next year.

This is all part of deascéal a new short film funding and development scheme launched last night in Cork City Hall.

There are sharp differences in a number of areas including climate, migration, LGBTQ+ rights, drugs policy etc.

Some journalists equate cooperation between parties with political uniformity. This is a lazy analysis.

The Social Democrats are what it says on the tin. Economically left, socially liberal, environmentally conscious and feminist.

Sinn Fein are populist nationalists.

We differ on many fronts.

The news of an arson attack in Ballyphehane is shocking and concerning.

This week I signed the Roll of Members at Leinster House to officially become a member of the 34th Dáil.

Thanks to the Clerk of the Dáil and all the staff in Leinster House for the warm welcome back.
