Set a timer if you need to. My Painting teacher in Highschool set a 20 minute timer and gave us 5 min intervals inbetweel to see what everyone else was working on. Coming back to things with fresh eyes is always great. And artsy bunnies gotta look out for one another :)
I am on that myself with a think pad. I like sitting at a flat desk and making sure my chair is high enough that i can support myself naturally on the desk.
Try to move every 15-20 minutes. Stand up, shake your limbs out and take a few minutes to check in with your body. Find what works for you!

I remembered how to use a multiply layer to paint in values before color! I learned a lot from painting this one. I could work on it more but I think it is solid for now. Perhaps I will draw something other than my Sona with a yoga ball next?
