there was fresh(ish) snow on the ground this morning, and now I'm prepping to go out in shorts.

Finally caught that final ep of The Pitt season 2, and good god... it kept it's claws out for me the whole way through. Was kind of putting off watching it specifically because it might get more real.

a fourth deck has appeared! This one feels a ways off... but oh crikey... if I can get this to work I will become such a rascal.

work has begun on my third jank-as-hell Commander deck in as many weeks. This one's gonna need some singles before I can sleeve up, but it feels like the best kind of quick and dirty build that'll be satisfying to unleash on the pod.

Creature Kitchen is one of my new favourites for the year so far. Amazing cooking based cozy game that is also delightfully spooky and wonderfully creepy at times.

I am fully prepared for my back to not hurt anymore.

If I didn't have heart problems before, this season of Survivor is certainly pulling me closer to them than ever before.

The horror of telling someone "free all afternoon, call whenever" then suddenly realizing you have to go to the bathroom...

So I seem to have thrown my back out while building Magic decks yesterday (not the first time this has happened (yes, I am pathetic)), which is making it hard to sit still and do stuff.

showed up to Magic last night with two of the dumbest Commander decks I've ever built. I like 'em both though. Think I'm gonna try and spruce them up into something workable.

Spent most of the day returning to a video script I've had shelved for a while now. I think I now have it in a workable format but I dunno... still feels kinda off. Not sure how to proceed.

This game absolutely rules!

It's a Commander rule 0 deck, but my friend who could play high level competitive if he wanted to has told me that my decks are "the kind of fun jank you don't see anymore" so I decided to lean into that.

Just finished a workable version of the dumbest Magic deck I've ever built. Can't wait to test it tomorrow.
