Consensus that we need to a #globalplastics treaty to create common rules for reuse to scale-up.
Even if we could wait 50 years for chemical recycling to get to scale and provided it would work... it would still not solve the #plasticpollution crisis as #recycling is increasing slower than #plasticproduction or #plastic #wastegeneration.
The #plasticstreaty has to cap plastic production!
