Back to working on qifrey for the icl qualifiers!! Made the spell patch, made my own paper and leather cover for the palm quire and am making the scar prosthetics (mental anguish)

Did a quick run to the fabric store to grab some needed supplies, and got to work on sewing up 10 metres of bias tape into covers for the steel flat boning for the hoop skirt!

And am spending the evening making embroidery samples!

Made the bum roll today! I’m undecided on if I’ll go with an alternative fastening to the ribbon as I see it being in comfy with weight added, but works for now! Also started on a pair of bloomers!

Now spending the night handsewing lace onto both for pizzazz and watching one piece!

Anyways….step one! Undergarments! Making a partial steel hoop skirt for her to hold up the potential weight of the skirts! I sadly don’t have any black twill tape or elastic for the waist band so moving onto the bum roll first!

The hardest part is deciding how I want to do the skirt, I could go the simple but pricey way of only fur or feathers or the even pricier and time consuming way of lace,feathers & beading to get a lot of texture and sparkle…
