I like Retroachievements since it's a good excuse to play through games I've already beaten with extra challenges attached. I've been poking at the Kingdom Hearts 2 FM critical mode achievements and it's a nice alternative to facerolling my way through the game normally.

Really not sure why I bounced off Deadlock so hard when I absolutely loved Super Monday Night Combat back in the day. By all objective metrics Deadlock is the better game and doesn't ask you to mine bitcoin, but I still find myself missing GG Stack and Chip Valvano bullshitting during downtime...

My current draw currencies in Granblue Fantasy with 90 draw tickets and 63,000 crystals, equalling out to 300 draws total
for the first time since i started playing granblue, i finally have a spark ready in the chamber without having to scrounge fate episodes and side stories
in my defense, unplanned draws have gotten me *lots* of powerful characters but i think my roster's good enough to be more selective from now on

the closest recent game i've played is siralim ultimate, where the base game is relatively straightforward but then the postgame offers tons and tons of new abilities, monsters, challenges, and general stuff to do
highly recommended if you like creature collectors
I wasn't expecting Phantasy Star Portable 2 Infinity to be super high on the requested sets for RetroAchievements, but it turns out it's currently 40th on the list of 11,000~ games with requests right now. Not currently claimed by anyone but I'm glad to see folks spreading the good word of PSP2i
Finally figured out why Disgaea 2 PSP wasn't getting recognized in RetroAchievements, turns out the set is specifically for the European version and not the North American one.

I suspect most of these issues are caused by Cocoon using Screenscraper as a source for assets which unfortunately allows fanart and doesn't appear to vet submissions super well, it thankfully does allow SteamGridDB but you can't currently disable Screenscraper entirely yet

Think I've mostly got the Thor where I want it in terms of frontend layout and design, but you do need to curate your library after it finishes auto-scraping assets to make sure it's not pulling fanart, AI-generated trash, or completely unrelated promo material that someone uploaded for some reason

I generally don't fuck with downloading full rom sets but I tried one so I could toss it onto my Thor and boy was that a mistake! Turns out it's extremely common for these sets to include EVERY SINGLE revision, language, fan translation, etc. for every game. I do not need 24 copies of megaman zero!!
