We built a Claude Code skill that generates project docs from source code. Then, we tested it on a FastAPI project. It caught stale AGENTS.md refs on the first pass and generated five files without inventing things it couldn't verify.

Also in this drop -> Doc Reviews get quite the upgrade. Edit proposed changes in place, see change summaries at a glance, and better quality updates across the board. Plus a new blog post on catching documentation drift with Claude Code and GitHub Actions.
It's Dosu Drop Day! Generate docs in Dosu, then you can export them to GitHub, Confluence, or Notion. Dosu keeps them maintained going forward. Last month's focus was import in, now this month is all about export out.

Dosu documenting things to help out with your codebase.
One unspoken agreement among every engineering team is that someone will update the docs... later. So, we built a GitHub Actions workflow that catches doc drift on merge, and wrote down every sharp edge we hit. dosu.dev/blog/how-to-...
Also in this drop. MCP Server is available to everyone, one click for Cursor, one command for Claude. Plus a new case study where Bluefin went from 42-hour support response to 12 minutes across 139 repos!
It's Dosu Drop Day! Import docs from Notion, Confluence, GitHub, or GitLab, and Dosu keeps them updated as your code changes. No more docs that go stale too soon after you write them.

It's Dosu Drop day! 🎉 We have an MCP Server preview (your coding agents can access Dosu's knowledge), an improved diff UI, and we're searching for design partners to test Notion/Confluence/GitHub sync. Let us know if you're interested in taking a look! dosu.dev/blog/january-2026-dosu-drop

It's Dosu Drop Day! ❄️ This month, we have doc review diffs, image uploads, style guidelines, shareable links, and a CNCF case study to share! dosu.dev/blog/december-2025-dosu-drop
We worked with @cncf.io to launch ask.cncf.io at KubeCon Atlanta. 765 questions later, we learned a lot about what the cloud native community is trying to figure out. Check out the case study to get the whole story: dosu.dev/blog/cncf-do...
It's Dosu Drop day! 🍂
This month: Changelogs, Custom Response Guidelines, Cursor integration, org logos, better mobile, and more.
Plus - ask.cncf.io just launched at KubeCon + CloudNativeCon!

We just launched ask.cncf.io at KubeCon! 300+ sessions, hallway conversations everywhere, questions faster than answers. Sound familiar? You can ask about CNCF projects, governance, or this week's schedule. Then, you can get answers WITH sources. We’d love to hear what you think of the experience!
How might you manage a massive global community that grows to 40k stars in one year with a small maintainer team? Docling figured out a way! Spoiler: they MAY have used @dosu-ai.bsky.social to help 😉
You can read about the whole story here! dosu.dev/blog/docling...
♼ Document lifecycle improvements – Documents are now Published by default (rather than Drafts), so Dosu can start referencing and updating them immediately. Plus, you can now archive documents when they're no longer relevant instead of deleting them.
🧜♀️Mermaid diagram support – Our documentation editor now supports adding Mermaid diagrams by using mermaid code blocks.
🧙♂️ New login methods – We've added support for signing in with Google and Azure accounts, making it easier for more teams to get started with Dosu (and more login providers planned for the future)!
🌎 Ask Dosu to create documents from anywhere – Struck with a great doc idea while chatting with Dosu? Now you can tell Dosu to create a new document from any channel, including Slack. Just say "
@Dosu
write me a document about [topic]" and watch the magic happen.
We also are excited to demo Dosu with one of our favorite tools we use to build and run Dosu: @dbos.dev
Join us and the legendary Michael Stonebraker (creator of Postgres) for a Dosu x DBOS Demo tomorrow at 11am PT during the monthly DBOS, Inc. User Group. Links below 👇

As summer turns to fall, we're reminded that change is inevitable, and Dosu is no exception. Here is what is new in September 🍁
First time seeing @dosu-ai.bsky.social in action with @storybook.js.org
I love that the dosubot can triage issues, add labels, request info, and answer questions from the person who opened the ticket.
Have you seen one in your workflow lately?
feels like magic to see documentation you wrote months ago automatically reflect the latest business logic changes when a PR is merged
