Yeah, a lot of it is just me adjusting to the sudden reduction in calories. Mostly, it’s for my meds. I need to prove to my prescriber that it is indeed my diet, and not the meds, that have jacked up my cholesterol.
A1C & glucose I’m not worried about because they were fine last time.
We have good news: I’ve finally adjusted to my meds, so that means I can start dieting once again. I have 20 pounds to lose.
The bad news is, I’ve started dieting proper this week, and I’m pretty low-energy because of it. Caffeine isn’t helping. But once my body adjusts, I should have energy again.
I’ve been low energy all day, and I know I’m not gonna be much company for stream tonight.
But Friday should be fine. We’ll continue Mouse then, and on Saturday.

This week marks four years of sobriety. It’s been a hard road some days. A lot of coffee, a lot of fizzy drinks, and some ups and downs with my weight in that time.
Couldn’t have done it without my support network.

Not only would it be convenient (no pun intended), it would also allow people to pay cash for bills.
I ended up missing a payment for my gas bill in Japan once. I couldn’t pay it at a conbini, and the bill looked different, so I missed my payment.
In short, everyone should have the system that Korea does. Stop making it hard to pay bills.
