Not necessarily, you can envisage of scenarios where humanity would be capable of creating experimental universes where the inhabitants develop consciousness and there be no mechanism to extract that consciousness. Or even that such a creator is unaware of our existence (or doesn’t care)

I’m being a bit of a pedant here but a being with powers beyond comprehension is not necessarily God and certainly wouldn’t prove the existence of heaven and hell etc. I would even say that a creator is infinitely more possible and plausible than an afterlife etc.
