My MCAS and chronic pain are getting worse. Some time ago I read someone with MCAS saying they couldn’t tolerate certain buildings, like their body reacted to them. That started happening to me 10 years ago, but lately it’s worsening fast. I can’t tolerate old buildings anymore… and I live in Paris.

After years of wondering and 5 doctors sending me back, I finally got confirmation: the physician at the French reference center for mast cell disorders says it’s obvious I have MCAS. My reaction : no shit, Sherlock.
(Reference centers are kind of expert clinics for rare diseases.)
