My piece in @schoolsweek.bsky.social Time everyone moved beyond petty politics and hyperbole. We have much more important things to focus on. We should be re-imagining the school system to serve all young people properly not re-hashing 10 year old arguments.

Eight years ago a meeting was held in the DfE attended by the key national leaders inc Schools Commission @ofsted and the DfE. Applying the Pareto Principle decided a quality standard for school improvement advisers would have a major impact on school improvement.
