There’d be a lot of like sky replacement, background fill style vfx in LoU. I wouldn’t be surprised if it had more vfx shots in total than Prey for this episode

My guess is the LoU one started using vfx shots in the offline earlier than Prey, meaning there’s more shots replaced by vfx, and more iterations. Whereas Prey seems to have focused more on the offline. But it’s hard to say at this resolution since we can’t scale up enough to see properly

But that’s what I mean, the LoU one is busier on the high tracks (the vfx plates most likely) and the way it’s spread out makes it look more cluttered, but the key vision tracks on it aren’t particularly denser than the Prey one

These look not especially dissimilar to me. The biggest seems to be the diag/Atmos tracks in Prey are cleaner, which probably says more about that film and the workflow than of the actual process
