One time, I did something so bad that my parents punishment was no comics for 3 months. Back in the day, if you missed an issue, it was gone forever! So I had a friend buy the new JLAs for those months and store them for me until the embargo was lifted.

In the early days of the show I would write back and say “Ok, don’t listen.” And they would be flummoxed, I guess they were expecting me to apologize and/or beg?

I get occasional emails from MAGA types who keep threatening to stop listening to one of my podcasts because they don’t like my politics.

I never write back, because who the F cares, but if I did the response would be, “Fine, go.”

Every other platform allows for editing! Sheesh!

I had Marvel ROBOCOP inker Kim DeMulder as an instructor in art school. He would give us copies of the raw pencil pages for this book to practice our inking skills on.

We would say "THANK YOU KIM" in a Robocop voice all the time. We were very funny.
