Churn is the new Growth.

Met three startups today. All three went through layoffs, delayed fundraising and accelerated contraction / churn. Feels like everyone is undergoing at least one of the three, likely two.

Many startups and tech co's are customers of other startups and tech co's. I smell a major churn year ahead.
