My big problem is always jointing planks that are longer than 8’ it’s so rough you can’t really build a sled to do it and most of the non jointer methods(router/table saw sacrificial fence) really still leave you with some bow legged boards

Love to see pics of that don’t think I’ve seen anyone take that approach
