I finally started making it myself a few days ago!
This was my breakfast/lunch/dinner today. Ha! It was huge.

That’s the mushroom I can eat so far. I’ve only had it diced and cooked with garlic but it’s great! Not slimy like I remembered from being a kid. Oh wait, I had enoki once before and didn’t mind it but I never tried anymore until recently.

As long as they are enjoyed! There’s some hope if you want it 🤣 my sweetie got me eating and enjoying mushrooms! 🍄‍🟫 never thought I’d see the day!
