I was living in Bloomington in 1988, the last time Indiana beat Ohio State.
The game was in Columbus.
We (several hundreds) of mostly students went to the stadium to welcome back the team as they arrived from the airport on busses.
Side note, they also beat Michigan that year!

I can't wait!
