Some meat I actually like/love: Trout/tuna/flounder, chicken breast, ribeye & T-bone steaks, porkchops, & all the usual meats (roast beef/chicken/turkey/ham/salami/etc) in deli-quality lunchmeat form (though I still often need the turkey & especially ham to be sweet ones like honey or pineapple).

Oh, and when it comes to seafood, most crustaceans aren't worth the price of admission to landlocked landlubbers either. Was deeply upsetting to learn the terrible lobster I made awhile back that was so bad I thought I fucked it up was actually made correctly and it's, just... *like that*.
