I regret to inform the Internet that Meraki managed IOS-XE is still a disaster as it has been since launch in 2019.

If you've implemented strict location enforcement in CA policies for Office 365 apps, is there a benefit to also enforcing GSA/compliant network for Office 365 apps?

The only benefit I can think of is potentially more CAE coverage.

Turns out AT&T can build a fast network when they try.

AT&T flipped the 5G+ switch today and it’s a significant upgrade. Still likely backhaul limited but the latency is a 100ms+ improvement.

Ah yes, T-Mobile is the “best network” with no service.

We use Duo on all servers for traditional MFA through RDP. On Windows we force WHfB through a CA policy. Maybe that's what you're thinking of? Yes it's fully rolled out.

I guess “we resell Manx Telecom eSIMs that have roaming access to all four UK MNOs” didn’t sound as good as saying “unsteered” multi-network SIM.

PSA: do not delete your production vSAN cluster in the middle of the day while it is running your production workloads.

It turns out you *can* manage to have more than 10 eSIMs on an iPhone.

Don’t worry about how I know this. I definitely need them all.

Don’t worry, they’re on top of it… in 2033.

In Android 16 the signal strength bars and 5G icon look awful. Google still needs to hire some designers.

Hi Folks - Given the Verge's continuing coverage of EchoStar's interactions with the FCC and Chairman Carr - I wanted to share the below with you. As we lay out in our filings with the FCC - Our network in fact exists - and we offer high quality 5G service to 80 percent of the U.S. population on our own network. And that network has won coverage and reliability recognition across the country. We've come a long way in 4 years, when other carriers have had decades to build their network.

Dish Network sends an important update about its super competitive wireless network that everyone is always using

The Verge should ask why they continue to issue AT&T SIMs to new customers or why all the retail store SIMs are T-Mobile if this mythical network does in fact exist.

This is not accurate anymore. You can BYOD onto the native network if your service address is deemed to be in a good coverage area.

AT&T has a long way to go with FWA before it’s competitive with T-Mobile.

Related: how many things do you have left that require password auth? I feel like we’re so close to being done with them but never quite there.

Ah, for admin I think you have to use Entra portal. I don’t think M365 portal will let you do it.

We need the cybersecurity version of this.

Like running NPS on a DC? Don’t do that!

❌ Security theatre:
- Buying tools no one configures
- Policies no one enforces
- Dashboards no one reads

✅ Real security:
- Hardening endpoints
- Restricting access based on least privilege
- Testing assumptions through security assessments
- Closing the gaps attackers use to hurt your org

If you activate with Boost on T-Mobile (buy a SIM kit at a retail store like Walmart), you don’t get hard throttled after using the data allotment. So you end up with unlimited T-Mobile data for $25/mo. Not a bad deal!
