A disgrace. Experts have explained why deer should be a declared pest, that should be controlled & where possible eradicated. This was ignored & deer remain *protected*. Shame on Victorian Labor.
Putting the hunting lobby before agriculture, road safety, & the environment!

The Albanese government is a Labor government in name only.
Australian Labor Govt Health Minister Mark Butler at the National Press Club. Text: NDIS changes will cut 160,000 people from scheme
"Right now the NDIS costs too much and it's growing too fast."
โ AUS Health Minister Mark Butler
Utterly disgusted that a Labor Govt Health Minister would say this.
Maybe stop paying the USA tribute in the HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS for AUKUS subs we'll never see. And invest in healthcare. #auspol #NDIS
Weโd rather be sending plane parts to Israel and creating people with disabilities there
โWeโre helping too many people with disabilitiesโ is a hell of a line from a Labor government
Mark Butler is expected to announce changes to the NDIS that are designed to slow its growing expenses of more than $6 billion /year by 2036. Support for those with psychosocial disabilities is in doubt. ADF budget = $425 to 2036.

Senator Ralph Babet is a single, childless, 43-year-old immigrant.
Mark Hammondโs appointment as Defence Force Chief shows the Albanese government is doubling down on AUKUS and deepening the Australian military's reliance on America, both politically and militarily, reports Jason Koutsoukis. satpa.pe/Q8qr2mw
We now find out our public money forked out $61,736.68 for special Envoy Jillian Segal's trip to Israel.
"But no one can explain or will reveal details of the purpose of the trip."
$440,000 salary, $61, 736.68 + offices + staff.
Jillian sure is "special"
Truth in media laws required for politicians

Who do you represent, @albomp.bsky.social and @jimchalmers.bsky.social?
What a wonderful idea!
Bridget McKenzie, who resigned in disgrace over Sports Rorts, tells Sunrise that the NDIS will only survive if we โstop the rorting.โ
Extraordinary hypocrisy. From the same party that left the NDIS without fraud protections for a decade. #auspol
Look, this NDIS stuff. Itโs not the recipients. Itโs the legalised grift of providers. Itโs privatisation for profit. And even with NFPโs itโs still about making profit. Itโs yet another thing Labor did without looking critically at the possibility of it going wrong. #NationaliseNDIS
Taking from disabled people to give to people in aged care is a cynical political exercise from Labor.
Pitting people who genuinely need care against each other while leaving $17 billion in the pockets of gas corporations theyโre too cowardly to tax is shameful.
I expect my daughter will be one. "Not disabled enough" is how she has been categorised her whole life. The cohort that "falls through the cracks." #NDIScuts
From September 2026, Google is pushing a forced, irreversible update that removes your ability to install software they haven't approved on a device you own, with no consent and no way to reverse it.

Still not going to address the providers, just cut services to people that arenโt them. Cowards. Useless. This is going to hurt the most marginalised. #NDIS www.theguardian.com/australia-ne...
My feelings of resentment towards Labor are actually stronger than those towards the LNP because whilst the LNP are utter corrupt twats you kinda expect garbage from them. But Labor... FFS!! What an appalling letdown they are #auspol
It should worry you that the One Nation candidate on track to win Farrer thinks it is "above his paygrade" whether Gina Rinehart is funding the party.

Funny how the Australian government is determined to cut waste from fraud in the NDIS but won't touch the AUKUS submarine deal, which is entirely a fraud perpetrated by the US
He's not wrong, @albomp.bsky.social @jimchalmers.bsky.social.
25% tax on gas exports, now.
A graph showing increasing defence spending over the decade from 2026-27. Rising from just over $60 billion to close to $120 billion.
The NDIS is far from perfect. But there's something particularly inhuman about the Labor Party pushing through changes that will see 160,000 people kicked off disability support in the same week they proudly announced an increase in military spending of $53 billion over 10 years.
Ten yearsโฆ
and the groove still ainโt loosened its grip.
Thanks Trish. Yeah, he refuses to go to school camps too. I used to think I was failing him/giving up, so it's nice to hear that keeping him home is probably for the best.
If only they were this outraged about a genocide.
