RSV cohorting... what is your hospital's SOP? Do you have a minimum age of exclusion? If so, what is it? Imm status? Etc.

What's the best thank you you've ever received from a pt? For me, nothing beats a hand written note - and I keep them all. Maybe at the end of my career I'll reflect on them and remember why we did it.

Sounds interesting; I'd def be interested in following this progression. More and more frequently the two worlds of Acute Care and CAHMs are colliding. We need to find a part through that serves everyone. Too many CAHMS pt stuck in acute care settings imo.

Good morning, hope everyone working has a good shift. I've got a day off so I'm currently sitting in bed with a coffee on this cold day. BUT I'm about to head to a park and walk (def not run) 5km which I try doing a couple times a week.
