Now i'm sober, i'm working, i'm helping my grandma through her chemo therapy. My relationship with my parents is healing, you know my Father said i'm sorry for the first time ever? It's just wild. I'm grateful. I'm scared for what comes
next, but i'm hopeful for the future.

Medications and therapy and support systems helped a lot don't get me twisted, but it wad 80% me being proactive in my care and wanting to change that ultimately made the difference. I haven't always been a good person. I don't have some like crazy skeletons I just wasn't a good friend and partner.

And it wasn't the medicine that changed things for me. It wasn't the therapy, it wasn't then support systems I had left.
It was me. One day I decided I could either wallow forever and die with nothing but regret, or get up, dust myself off, and continue forward one step and one second at a time.

These past 6 months has thrown me to the wolves. Lost my biggest support systems, got arrested for a thc pen that was legal, grandma got cancer, and I struggled with addiction for so long. My Self img was shot, relationships going downhill. Struggled to find motivation to even wake up in the morning
