The hardest step you take is often after a failure, setback, or disappointment. The moment when you dust off and get back to it will feel brutal--but once you've taken that step back towards the path you want, you feel free.

Big Tech Backed Trump for Acceleration. They Got a Decel President Instead Effective accelerationists didn’t just accidentally shoot themselves in the foot. They methodically blew off each of their toes with a .50 caliber sniper rifle.

The Supreme Court ruled corporations were allowed to donate unlimited amounts to politicians in 2010.

It only took them 6 years to take complete control of the government and 15 years to mark sure their voices are the only ones the masses ever hear again.

Those who have sold a childhood home, one you grew up in—how do you navigate the grief of that? It’s such a strange feeling.

On one hand I’m glad my teen isn’t generic and blindly liking whatever music her peers listen to.

On the other, what the hell is “boku deku”? 🤔

“I have too many books”
-judgemental
-boring
-implies impulse-control issues

“The books... they have me.”
- mysterious
- occult
- implies you are at the mercy of a library of books that have gained sentience and are holding you hostage

a little white dog wearing a multicolored sweater and orange harness sits up in a fleece-rimmed car seat on a pile of green blanket. his ears flop out to the sides, his wide brown eyes are a little cloudy, and his tongue hangs out of his mouth at a little angle. he has his little pinkish white paws resting on the lip of the bucket seat. honestly he just looks happy to be here.

This is Toothless. His tongue sticks out not because of a lack of teeth, but because he's so full of love he ran out of space. 13/10 #SeniorPupSaturday

Q: How do you spell difficult words? I “see” them in my head and then say out loud what I see. Eg, if we are on the street and you ask me to spell “antidisestablishmentarianism” I’ll “see” a picture of it in my mind to spell it.

My hubs says he doesn’t do this. Am I the weird one? 😆
