Family's heartbreak as 'gutsy' daughter dies from ultra-rare cancer after hospital delays A family have spoken out about delays to diagnosis and treatment after their daughter died from Ewing sarcoma.

โ€œShe was the life and soul of the party.โ€

Francesca was 35 when she died from sarcoma. Early symptoms were dismissed, and delays meant she reached a specialist too late. Treatment shrank her tumour, but her family believe delays cost them precious time.
