If people were educated, beyond what’s needed to make a living in this capitalist society, they would be able to think beyond the trickle down model. It has nothing to do with Singh or the NDPs policies, and everything to do with people’s assumption that capital flight will mean income loss for them
The answer that no one has mentioned, the reason why the NDP and all left directed parties struggle, is because the masses have swallowed the “trickle down economics” lie, whole, for decades. Ask 10 average Canadians and 9 of them will tell you they’re voting for whoever is propping up the “economy”
