That is true! Love to get together

Today I retire from Wizards of the Coast after 28 years. With D&D’s 50th anniversary wrapping up and the revised rulebooks doing gangbusters, this is the perfect fairytale ending for me. I can’t wait to enjoy D&D purely as a fan again, knowing the game is in good hands. See you in the Feywild!
Happy 269th Level Up Day Mozart!
I didn’t know #dnd stamps were issued in the UK until @icotom.icopartners.com surprised me with these! What a lovely gift. Thank you!
Apparently I need to pay my intern more.
I just discovered Ginger has a side gig.
Summary of the 8 schools of magic in D&D with a short description for each school
Finally, questions about the type of magic often come up, so I use this reference page a lot more than you would expect #dnd #schoolsofmagic #dnd5e #dungeonsanddragons
Next up, combat! I find this sheet to be a wonderfully simple summary of what happens during combat and what a PC can do in #dnd5e #dnd #dungeonsanddragons This is a free d/l on the @dmsguild.com

A short threat on my most used cheat sheets for #dnd5e. I've always got at least one copy of each of these on my table! First off, this great sheet summarizing ability scores/checks!

We’ve played an early version of Dead of Darkness. It’s a 2D survival horror with a great atmosphere, fun puzzles, and the potential to truly shine. We can’t wait for the final version!

Yesterday we announced that we are doing a Kickstarter for STARS REACH.
We're doing this because the climate for games investment is terrible.
We've raised a lot of money, and expect to keep raising. Being able to show support from players helps. Even a Follow goes a long way:
Something I was surprised to learn a few years ago is that the phrase used to describe one style of play for games like dnd and other ttrpgs (“theatre of the mind”) originated as a way to explain radio dramas to people who were used to theatre

Yeah! And because it was intentional, I had to have a US return address, so I used David and Eve’s address
I'm glad those arrived! Canada Post was on strike and so I had to mail them from the US. Wasn't entirely sure it was all going to work out, but I'm glad it did!

All my friends were telling that those emails from a Waterdhavian prince were a scam.
So glad that they are proven wrong.

I really enjoyed the new Nosferatu! It went right to the top of my 2024 Holiday Horror Movie Tier List!

If you are curious, you can check out the Bills of Mortality from 1657 to 1758 here: babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=os...
A list of causes of death in London, as per the Bill of Mortality for 1725. It is worth noting that 27 people died from "Evil", 17 people died from "Grief", while 563 people died from "Griping in the Guts". Only one person was "Killed with a Sword"
I wonder how this can inspire #dnd props?
PSA: For anyone planning on seeing the new #Nosferatu, a 1922 version is available for free on YouTube #vampire
