You can host them on something like Archive of Our Own (AO3) perhaps? There's also pastebin sites if you wanted something simpler

I would suggest using one of the art auction sites that exists as these would help with tracking bids and such and provide a clear cut start and end time as well. You can also agree to have certain details be changeable or editable for the winner only to entice people to bid
