Storm Eowyn’s hurricane-force winds wreaked havoc at places cared for by the National Trust.

More than 10,000 trees were toppled at Mount Steward in County Down alone. Elsewhere, world-renowned gardens, irreplaceable specimen tree collections and outdoor structures suffered widespread damage.
